Rahul Kumar Jain: As we all know, necessity is the mother of invention, for me, the same happens when I was 11 years old, as I was born in an average family and struggle is the gift I got from GOD, that’s the golden sign to proven my skills and ability on the right path cum moments, that time, outsourcing I learned in this stage and same I applied when I completed my graduation starting entrepreneur journey.
So invested a lot in:-
- A lot of thinking
- Lots of speaking with potential customers
- Many conversations with mentors and partners
- Speaking with other entrepreneurs
- Seeking problems and solutions
Finally!! Idea comes 🙂

We are into the outsourcing segment, deals in AGSIPL’s CRM, social media, Call center solutions, Data entry, website software, IT solution, and omnichannel communication platform: for messaging, Voice, etc.

Rahul Kumar Jain:
There is no comparison ourselves with others, here our solution and USP (unique selling proposition) is different, we want to highlight whatever project we took doing it from the heart, not with pressure, that’s the reason we are working and delivering the solution to 1000s of the clients in the nation.
Also, we focus on a single feature or benefit that solves a problem, satisfies a need, or takes away their customers’ pain as part of quality product management and assistance.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Rahul Kumar Jain: There are many common challenges every business face, whether they are large or small. These include hiring the right people, building a brand, developing a customer base, building a trust factor with your stacks and so on.
However; Mainly we faced the problem of manpower and money, as without good payables sometimes typical to retain employees, rest we starts from the bottom line with outsourcing so chosen best to work, even margin is lesser so we gain trust from our client-side always because of our partners.
Also, to moving business digitally from traditional systems, sometimes people don’t want to accept this, so explaining them is a tough task for our resources.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Arihant Global Services India Private Limited?
Rahul Kumar Jain: “I do not have a precise role in mind, but my aim over the next five years is to be at a place where I can make a difference and add hundreds of people mindset with entrepreneurship.
We build CRM in beta phase also focusing on social media marketing since covid comes in place, so I believe our margin, resources, and infra will be 5x better compared to now.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Rahul Kumar Jain: Be honest, discipline, committed, and watch dreams, and don’t sit relax until it’s achieved. You WILL surely fail. Success will not look like what you have in mind and is only achievable if you don’t give up as you will fail along the way. Failing is only the end if you quit.
