- Promotional OBD Calls – Sent to customers who have opted-in for marketing communications.
- These can only be made between 10 AM – 9 PM as per TRAI regulations.
- Transactional OBD Calls – Includes OTPs, account alerts, appointment reminders, etc. These can be sent 24/7 without restrictions.
