Q. How is the current technological and business market scenario in India?

Businesses in India are making better progress and things are going digital rapidly with Business automations. However, Indian businesses are taking a proactive approach to implement technology in their business, train their workforces for the future and they have the most clearly defined decision-making process of all executives and level of interactions.

  • Make in India will surely create more jobs in India for IT professionals.
  • Most of the projects are already created; only developing countries need to automate system. There will be no survival without involving IT.
  • Products are taking up more jobs as now chat bots/social interactions, customizable product; these are easy to deploy/upgrade and cheaper to maintain.
  • Technology will create more jobs for other sectors: Banking, manufacturing, finance, sales. Jobs in all these sectors will increase exponentially.

Q. Earning trust and respect of consumers all around the world is through consistent focus on delivering high quality in all of your actions. How do you interpret this statement?

Rahul Kumar Jain, B-com, MBA, 15 years + Experience in Sales & Marketing

Rahul Kumar Jain is a name among millions who struggled, failed and surged ahead in search of success, happiness and pleasure. Coming from a humble background, he had a blurred vision of life and a bunch of unclear dreams. The only thing that kept him going was his undying learning attitude. Rowing through several ups and downs, he eventually found meaning to his life.

He started its 1st sales/Business process on just 11 years old selling Papad (Door to Door) in local market of Sikar, Rajasthan. Back then he wasn’t financially strong, but he believed that he could take the business to the next level if he invested in earning the trust of customers. His self-motivated attitude and confidence lead him to the success that his business is currently in today. He set up Arihant Global Service India Private Limited along with his wife, and both of them now work as directors of the company which is now attached with premium partners like MNCs and national level businesses.

In Jan 2019 he got awarded as Young Entrepreneur of the year 2018 award in Digital marketing industry as well as get recognized:- Business Excellence Certificate by WORLDCOB/The Bizz awards.
