eMail Arihant Global Policy

Arihant Global has a no tolerance spam policy. eMail customer support actively monitors large import lists and emails going to a large number of contacts. Any customer found to be using eMail for spam will be immediately cut-off from use of the product. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at or contact us.

Every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link - those individuals who try to remove this link will be warned that they are doing so. If the link is removed or de-activated in any way, Arihant Global email services will terminate the customer's account. Our clients certify that they will only use our software to send emails to customers and prospects that have directly consented to receive email from them ("opt-in").

Permission Marketing Policy

Arihant Global email services provides web-based software enabling organizations of all sizes to send permission-based emails to their subscribers. we believes in and practices only permission-based email marketing. Our client members may only use our software to send emails to customers and prospects that have agreed to receive email from them (opt-in), and are forbidden to transmit unsolicited commercial email (spam) via our system or our associates panel.

Clients Agreement

Our clients agree not to use our system to send unsolicited email. For any opt-in list of email addresses used in our system, clients agree to provide Arihant Global associates or its panel with the source of the email addresses, the method used to capture the data, and verification of the consent to receive emails from such client. We also encourage our members to respect their customers' time and attention by controlling the frequency of mailings to individual email addresses. Our clients certify that they will not use rented or purchased lists, email append lists, or any other list that contains email addresses captured in any other method than opt-in. The use of Opt-out lists is prohibited in our system or concern web site or login retains the right to review client lists and emails to verify that clients are abiding by the privacy and permission policies set forth herein. We will enforce our policy without exception. However, our clients are ultimately responsible for compliance with our policies.

Why did you receive an email from our system?

If you received an email from us, it is because one of our clients used the our site or submitted query thru software system to send you an email. Our clients certify that all email addresses used in our system are opt-in names that have given permission to the client to send them email. We promise to keep your email address secure and private and will not use it for other purposes.

How do I get off an email list?

Each email sent through the Arihant Global services process/ system contains a link that allows subscribers to unsubscribe from receiving emails from the sender. Each email sent contains an easy and automated way for you to unsubscribe. Will your information ever be shared, sold or rented?

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information without your explicit permission, unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees responsible for managing this data.

What is Spam?

Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending email to only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.

What constitutes a Preexisting business relationship?

The recipient of your email has made a purchase, requested information, responded to a questionnaire or a survey, or had offline contact with you.

What constitutes consent?

The recipient of your email has been clearly and fully notified of the collection and use of his email address and has consented prior to such collection and use. This is often called informed consent.

Isn't there a law against sending Spam?

The federal anti-spam law went into effect on January 1st, 2004 and preempts all state laws. While this new law will not stop spam, it does make most spam illegal and ultimately less attractive to spammers. The law is specific about requirements to send commercial email and empowers the federal government to enforce the law. The penalties can include a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 5 year*.

How to protect yourself from Spam: Take the Spam Test

1. Are you importing a purchased list of ANY kind?
2. Are you sending to non-specific addresses such as:

3. Are you sending to distribution lists or mailing lists which send indirectly to a variety of email addresses?
4. Are you mailing to anyone who has not explicitly agreed to join your mailing list?
5. Have you falsified your originating address or transmission path information?
6. Have you used a third party email address or domain name without their permission?
7. Does your email's subject line contain false or misleading information?
8. Does your email fail to provide a working link to unsubscribe?
9. Are you failing to process any unsubscribe requests that come to you via a reply to your email within 10 days or the request?
